Below you will find some frequently asked questions that will provide you some more information about renting a photo booth for your event.

Q: Aren't all photo booths the same? They all do the same thing. Right?

A: 
There is a huge difference between photo booths and photo booth companies. The differences between photo booths include, print quality, booth construction (one local company used home made booths made out of pipe and drape where you sit on whatever chairs the venue can provide), how many people can fit in the booth and how well the booth is maintained. Differences between companies include customer service, knowledge on how to operate, maintain and repair their photo booths, financial stability, experience, ethics (one company out of Syracuse uses a fake Rochester address to make you think you are hiring a local company others will tell you they are the only digital photo booth and anything else they need to get the sale. We will never lie to you.) and over all value. There are many additional differences. We would love to show you how we are different.

Q: Are your photo booths digital?

A: Our photo booths are fully digital and use the latest digital technology. 


Q: Do I get a copy of the pictures?

A: With all packages we include a cd with all the images taken in the photo booth.


Q: How many images print with each photo session?

A:
When using photo strips 2 copies always print.


Q: How long does it take for images to print?

A: Since our booths are totally digital it only takes seconds for your images to print.

Would a photo booth be appropriate for a wedding?

A:
A photo booth would be perfect your wedding! The photo booth is a great chance for your guests to capture the memories of your wedding and enjoy them for years to come. Our photo booth is elegant and fits in with any decor. In addition photo strips make perfect party favors.


Q:
Is a deposit required to reserve photo booth?

: We do require deposit along with a signed contract. This ensures that a booth will be available for your event.


Q: Are prints included with rental fee?

A:
Prints are always included with all rental fees. Each photo booth session takes 4 pictures which print out just seconds later. Unlimited pictures are always included.


Q:
How much space is required for the photo booth?

A: Our photo booth is portable and takes up little space. The booth easily fits in a 5'x5' space making it perfect for any venue.


Q: Can you project the pictures on a screen during our event?

A: Picture projection is always an option. We would love to discuss the details with you.


Q: Can we see and try come of your photo booths?

A
: Of course you can. Our office is located in Fairport and we are always happy to schedule an appoinment for you to come try our photo booth.


Q: Do you offer downtime?

A
: We want you to be able to maximize the use of your photo booth, so we do offer down time to be used during times like dinner when you don't want you guests to use the photo booth. Downtime is offered at a reduced rate.
